Breathing Lessons

When was the last time you stopped to take a deep breath?  Do it now.  Now do it again.  And again.  Breathing deep is the antidote to suffering. It diminishes stress, frustration, worry, anxiety, overwhelm, etc. and creates the necessary space between you and whatever constricting emotion you feel. Find a structure to remind you to slow down and breathe.
